The IronMan Wall Mounted Punch Bag Sparring Dummy Man is ideal for all Martial Arts, MMA & Boxing Training and makes an excellent alternative to a traditional hanging punch bag.
The Striking area of the dummy is made with a mould resistant, wipe clean rubber and combined with the high strength urethane foam has just the right amount of 'give' to reduce the risk of injury whilst remaining hard-wearing. The backboard is made from a tough synthetic material and has a separate piece of EVA rubber to protect the wall.
The IronMan Wall Mounted Punch Bag Sparring Dummy Man is the ideal sparring partner for all ages.
