The IronMan 3 Station Boxing Deluxe Home Multi Gym comes with a huge 55kg shrouded weight stack. The gym features the usual seated station workout options to help build muscle and also includes a fantastic speed punch ball and a large heavy hanging punch bag for amazing cardio workouts.

The gym is made from very robust 50mm steel square tubing with black chip resistant powder coating and impact absorbing rubber end caps.
