The Bluetooth computer is compatible with several great apps that are available on the Apple store and Google play store (KINOMAP, ZWIFT & Z-SPORT) These all allow the user to race live against others or yourself and immerse you into realistic AR video courses making your training much more enjoyable. The computer has a clear LCD screen and is situated between the handlebars for easy reading during workouts, it has a simple, quick select one button adjustment feature to allow for quick adjustments during your workout. The handlebars also have pulse sensors fitted so you can keep track of your pulse rate during your workout.
The massive 16Kg flywheel that is fitted at the front of the BodyTrain ES-7021 combined with a super quiet belt-driven transmission system ensures a smooth and steady workout. The ES-7021 bike uses a twist/push to stop resistance control which is exactly the same as you would find on commercial grade spin bikes at your local gym, this allows you to select the perfect amount of resistance to meet your workout needs for the best possible results and the 'punch' braking system is highly responsive which is perfect in case of emergencies.
